G11 – Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the g11 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g11 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
The g11 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their local jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on g11. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
- Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
- Users must notify g11 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to their account.
- G11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
- Identity verification may be required during the registration process or when withdrawals exceed a specified threshold.
G11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, hacking, or breach of these Terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the g11 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other dishonest means to manipulate games or the betting system.
- Creating more than one account or using a false identity.
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to breach g11's technical infrastructure.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, seditious, or harmful to other users.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the g11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy published in the user account section.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
- G11 is not liable for any losses resulting from delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
- Any bonus or promotional credit is subject to its own terms of use, as specified at the time of award.
- Transactions suspected of fraud will be frozen pending verification, and funds may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
G11 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, g11's liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
G11 reserves the right to suspend a user's account for investigation, maintenance, or at the request of relevant authorities. Permanent account closure may occur if a user repeatedly or seriously breaches these Terms. Any legitimate funds held in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, except in confirmed cases of fraud.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the g11 platform — including logos, graphics, source code, brand names, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of g11 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from g11.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. g11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
G11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
